The Crémants

Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Blanc de Blancs

Made according to the traditional method, exclusively from white grape varieties, mainly the Chardonnay (80-90%), this Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Blanc de Blancs is aged for a minimum of 15 months « sur lattes » (horizontally).

Produced in various vineyards within the « Bourgogne » (Burgundy) appellation area, its production has been constantly increasing due to its popularity with French and international consumers.

It displays a lovely pale-yellow hue with golden tints. Aromas of flowers and citrus come through on the nose, which develops buttery and brioche-like notes with age. Full and supple on the palate, with very complex secondary aromas.

This Crémant is perfect as an aperitif, with dessert, or paired with sea scallops or freshwater fish.
