Crémant de Bourgogne Blanc de Blancs No Added Sulphites

Exclusively made of Chardonnay, this Crémant is elaborate according to the traditional method with an ageing of 18 months minimum on "lies" without any added sulphites.

Produced in various vineyards within the « Bourgogne » (Burgundy) appellation area, its production has been constantly increasing due to its popularity with French and international consumers.

To drink for the aperitif or with a fruity dessert such as tarte tatin.

A golden colour. A mineral nose with chalk and flint as well as some stones fruits aromas such as vine peach. On the palate, a light acidity followed by spices notes and cinnamon.
